I think your idea of holding all your materials in a book is a really interesting idea. Would your book act as a folder/envelope or would there be pages to rip out and keep? I think it's a very professional way to present your materials however this seems like it might work better for your system application than for your communication system.
I really like the concept of using a professional bounded book to hold all the printed and publicity materials.
